Our projects tend to be large-scale, urban, complex, with both private and public partnerships. Such was the transit-oriented development above the Metro Station that we hired CPD to photo-document and archive in 2010. The project included 90 apartments, 15,000 square feet of retail, a 233-space parking garage. ConstructionPhotoDocs.Com documented this TOD project, but also the “baseline” and “post-project” completion condition of the Metro Station below the project.
